First Friday of the New Year saw another overturned tractor trailer. This time the scene of the 18-wheeler accident is IH 59 north of Nacogdoches. According to DPS, the commercial truck went up the on-ramp at an unsafe speed causing the 18-wheeler to roll over. Fortunately this time, no fatality has been reported.
Ramp will be closed until emergency crew has the chance to clear the wreckage.
