Tefteller Law, PLLC files lawsuit in Travis County, Texas State District Court against Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. and TXI Operations, L.P.

The lawsuit alleges that the Defendants created an unreasonably dangerous condition that jeopardized the safety of those who visited the Hunter Cement Plant in New Braunfels, Texas.

Todd Tefteller Recipient of East Texas African-American Leadership Conference Education Award

Todd Tefteller was recently recognized by the East Texas African-American Leadership Conference for his leadership and efforts to improve education among students and young people in Upshur County. Presented at the Gloria King Education Awards Ceremony, the conference praised Mr. Tefteller for his successful efforts in improving education by stating that “change for the betterment has occurred” as a result of his leadership as both a community leader and the President of the Gilmer Independent School Board.

Jarom Tefteller elected to the Upshur County Yamboree Board of Directors

Recently, attorney Jarom Tefteller was elected to the East Texas Yamboree Association Board of Directors as a Director-in-Training. The East Texas Yamboree Association is the organization that oversees and manages the East Texas Yamboree each year which is one of Texas’ oldest, largest, and longest running county festivals. As a lifelong resident of Upshur County Mr. Tefteller is excited to have the opportunity to work with the Yamboree Association to ensure that East Texans continue to enjoy all of the many festivities that make this festival such an important part of our culture.
