Rainbow Bridge in Port Arthur

TXDOT reported that an 18-wheeler’s accident causing spilled diesel fuel led the Port Arthur Police Department to shut down the Rainbow Bridge on Halloween Day. The semi-truck had jackknifed on the bridge Thursday’s morning.
Today on Friday, November 1st, the Rainbow Bridge was finally reopened to the public.
