According to TXDOT, around 5 AM on the first day of November, an 18-wheeler rig ran over a car near Bethany, Texas. The driver of the passenger vehicle had to be evacuated by medevac. The condition is unknown at this point.
Meanwhile, a hazardous material crew from Henderson is busy cleaning up the hundreds of gallons of diesel fuel released in the crash. Until then, only one lane on Hwy 79 remains open.
