Two men were killed and other people were injured after a sport utility vehicle clipped another car and rolled several times on a San Antonio freeway.
San Antonio Police Sgt. Fidel Acosta said the driver of the SUV and a backseat passenger were killed in the accident Sunday afternoon.
Acosta said two people including a 13-year-old boy were ejected from the vehicle.
He said the teenager is expected to survive.
The San Antonio Express-News reported that a relative identified the driver as Jose Ramirez, 34, of McQueeney, near San Antonio.
Acosta says a sedan next to Ramirez’s SUV veered off the road and the driver over-corrected.
That caused the sedan to crash into the side of the SUV.
Police said the man who caused the rollover is not expected to face criminal charges.
